Written refund requests must be received by the registrar and must include the following information:

Parent(s) Name(s)

Home Address,

Home Phone Number,

Reason for the request,

Refund Policy

The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs. In the event that withdrawal from a program is necessary, the following course of actions will apply:

Withdraw BEFORE Early Registration ends: 100% Refund *March 1st* Less any credit card fees that may have occurred.

Withdraw AFTER Registration ends and before first scheduled floor time: $25 Admin. Fee

Withdraw After FIRST Scheduled Floor Time: No Refund

Should a player withdraw for medical or relocation reasons, a prorated refund will be issued.
